"Proven Methodology for the Realization of Sustainable Visions"

Bio: Nathan Waldren

Nathan is one-time Naval Nuclear power operator who now watches trees grow. As a Forest Technician for the Department of Defense at Ft. Lewis in Washington State, he cruises timber sale lots in one of the most species rich and age diverse timber production forests in Washington. He writes plans and manages some 80,000 acres of Douglas Fir, as well as Grand Fir, Ponderosa Pine, Shore Pine, Oak, Alder, Cottonwood, Maple, Madrone and thier cohorts. During summers he leads a team of rangeland firefighters. When he's not watching trees grow, planning sales and fighting fires, he likes to tinker on Linux OSS, collect flier art, watch cartoons and fix things.
